Andrew Kelleher
Associate Financial Planner
I spent the first 12 years of my career helping to build and lead a successful coffee business, where I focused primarily on strategy and finance: what do we want to accomplish, and how do we use money to help us get there? That question drives me to this day as I shift my focus from business planning to helping individuals and families take some of the stress out of money and use it as a tool to accomplish their goals.
My business experience, volunteer work, and undergraduate Psychology studies have together led me to discover this passion for financial planning. From mapping out monthly expenses on index cards as a fresh undergraduate to passing the CFP® exam in March 2026, what was once a hobby has turned into my second career. I joined Aptus because I believe that everyone, regardless of net worth, deserves high-quality financial advice free of conflicts of interest.
I grew up in Massachusetts but have called North Carolina home for over a decade. Our three young kids keep me busy in my non-working hours, but I enjoy running before the sun comes up, and I always make time to read and watch the Patriots.
